The Advocate, LEGAL NOTICE - - - - 12 - GAHAGAN FIELD 15-420 STATE OF LOUISIANA, OFFICE OF CONSERVATION, BATON ROUGE, LOUISIANA. In accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, and with particular reference to the provisions of Title 30 of Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, a public hearing will be held in the Hearing Room, 1st Floor, LaSalle Building, 617 North 3rd Street, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, at 9:00 a.m. on TUESDAY, JUNE 23, 2015, upon the application of VINE OIL & GAS, LP. At such hearing the Commissioner of Conservation will consider evidence relative to the issuance of Orders pertaining to the following matters relating to the Haynesville Zone, Reservoir A, in the Gahagan Field, Red River Parish, Louisiana. 1. To permit the applicant to drill, designate and utilize two (2) additional horizontal alternate unit wells for the HA RA SUO, at the locations shown on the plat submitted with the application. 2. To permit the operator to produce the unit allowable from the existing unit and alternate wells and the proposed alternate unit wells, in any combination, at its discretion. 3. To find that these wells are necessary to efficiently and economically drain a portion of the reservoir covered by the units that cannot be so drained by any existing well within such units. 4. Except insofar as set forth above, to confirm and continue in effect the provisions of Office of Conservation Order No. 909-H, effective February 3, 2009, as amended and supplemented by the 909-H Series of Orders, the units created thereby and applicable Statewide Orders. 5. To consider such other matters as may be pertinent. The Haynesville Zone, Reservoir A was defined in Order No. 909-H, effective February 3, 2009.
