The Advocate, LEGAL NOTICE - - - - 13 - LAKE BARRE FIELD 15-421 STATE OF LOUISIANA, OFFICE OF CONSERVATION, BATON ROUGE, LOUISIANA. In accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, and with particular reference to the provisions of Title 30 of Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, a public hearing will be held in the Hearing Room, 1st Floor, LaSalle Building, 617 North 3rd Street, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, at 9:00 a.m. on TUESDAY, JUNE 23, 2015, upon the application of HILCORP ENERGY COMPANY. At such hearing the Commissioner of Conservation will consider evidence relative to the issuance of Orders pertaining to the following matters relating to the Z Sand, Reservoir C, in the Lake Barre Field, Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana. 1. To designate the Hilcorp Energy Company-Unit 44 No. 1 ST Well, as an alternate unit well for the Z RC SUA at the location shown on the plat submitted with the application. 2. To permit the operator to produce the unit allowable from the unit well, the proposed alternate unit well, or from both wells, at its option. 3. The designation of the proposed alternate unit well would permit efficient and economic recovery of the hydrocarbons underlying said unit and is needed to satisfy the market demand for oil and gas from the field. 4. Except to the extent contrary herewith, to continue in full force and effect the provisions of Office of Conservation Order No. 662-MM-2 and the units created thereby and applicable Statewide Orders. 5. To consider such other matters as may be pertinent. The Z Sand, Reservoir C was fully defined in Order No. 662-MM-2, effective January 5, 2010.
