The Advocate, NOTICE FOR A DE NOVO TRUST COMPANY In the matter of the establishment of First Private Trust Corporation, a new State-chartered public trust company. In accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana and with particular reference to the provisions of Title 6 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, and the Rules of the Office of Financial Institutions, Notice is hereby given that the First Private Trust Corporation, is applying for a Certificate of Authority from the Louisiana Commissioner of Financial Institutions to establish a new State-chartered public trust company to be located at 1750 Clearview Pkwy., Ste. 200, Metairie, Louisiana 70001. The proposed paid-in capital will consist of One Million shares of Capital Stock at par value for an amount of $10,000, with Surplus of $2,500,000, making a total of $2,510,000. The names of the proposed directors and the city and state of domicile of each are as follows: Sidney W. Lassen, Marilyn S. Lassen, I. William Sizeler, Michael E. Botnick, Paul J. Bontatibus, Richard H. Greene, Jr., et al. Any person wishing to comment on this application with the Louisiana Office of Financial Institutions may file his or her comments, in writing, with the Commissioner of Financial Institutions, Post Office Box 94095, Baton Rouge, Louisiana 70804-9095. The Office of Financial Institutions is not required to consider any comments received more than 30 days after the date of publication of this Notice.
