The Advocate, LEGAL NOTICE - 6 - NORTH BAYOU CHOLPE FIELD 15-432 STATE OF LOUISIANA, OFFICE OF CONSERVATION, BATON ROUGE, LOUISIANA. In accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, and with particular reference to the provisions of Title 30 of Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, a public hearing will be held in the Hearing Room, 1st Floor, LaSalle Building, 617 North 3rd Street, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, at 9:00 a.m. on TUESDAY, JUNE 30, 2015, upon the application of DYNAMIC EXPLORATION PARTNERS, LLC. At such hearing the Commissioner of Conservation will consider evidence relative to the issuance of Orders pertaining to the following matters relating to the Frio-Wilson Sand, Reservoir A, in the North Bayou Cholpe Field, Pointe Coupee Parish, Louisiana. 1. To permit applicant to drill, utilize and designate the Dynamic Exploration Partners, LLC-Rougon No. 1 Well as a substitute unit well at the location shown on the plat submitted with the application, in exception to the spacing provisions of LAC 43:XIX.1901, et seq. (Statewide Order No. 29-E). 2. To find that, except to the extent contrary to the order granted by the Commissioner of Conservation in connection with the hearing held on this application, the provisions of Office of Conservation Order No. 1321-A, effective June 29, 1987, and 1321-A-1, effective July 21, 1988, shall remain in full force and effect. 3. To confirm Dynamic Exploration Partners, LLC as operator of the F-Wilson RA SUC. 4. To provide that a radius tolerance of 50 for the proposed substitute well is necessary to account for the possible variance between the proposed location and the as drilled location. 5. To consider such other matters as may be pertinent. The Frio-Wilson Sand, Reservoir A was initially defined in Order No. 1321-A, effective June 29, 1987 and redefined in 1321-A-1, effective July 21, 1988.
