In accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, and with particular reference to the provisions of Title 30 of Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, a public hearing will be held in the Hearing Room, 1st Floor, LaSalle Building, 617 North 3rd Street, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, at 9:00 a.m. on TUESDAY, JUNE 30, 2015, upon the application of ALTA MESA SERVICES, LP. At such hearing the Commissioner of Conservation will consider evidence relative to the issuance of Orders pertaining to the following matters relating to the Hackberry Zone, Reservoir F, in the Northwest Vinton Field, Calcasieu Parish, Louisiana. 1. To grant an exception to the spacing provisions of LAC 43:XIX.1901, et seq. (Statewide Order No. 29-E) for the alternate unit well designated the Alta Mesa Services, LP-Babineaux, et al No. 1 Well for HBY RF SUA, at the location shown on the plat submitted with the application. 2. To confirm Alta Mesa Services, LP as operator of the Hackberry Zone, Reservoir F. 3. To find that, except to the extent contrary to the order granted by the Commissioner of Conservation in connection with the hearing held on this application, the provisions of Office of Conservation Order No. 1430-A-2, effective June 24, 2003, as amended and supplemented by the 1430-A Series of Orders shall remain in full force and effect. 4. To consider such other matters as may be pertinent. The Hackberry Sand, Reservoir F was defined in Order No. 1430-A-2, effective June 24, 2003.
