ANY PERSON REQUIRING SPECIAL ACCOMMODATIONS SHALL NOTIFY THE TOWN OF FERRIDAY OF THE TYPE(S) OF ACCOMMODATION REQUIRED NOT LESS THAN SEVEN (7) DAYS BEFORE THE BID OPENING. Deposit on the first two sets are fully refundable to all bonafide prime Bidders upon return of the documents, in good condition, no later than ten (10) days after receipt of bids. On other sets of documents furnished to bidders, the deposit less the actual cost of reproduction shall be refunded upon return of the documents no later than ten days after receipt of bids. R.S. 37:2150-2192 for the classification of Building Construction. Bidder is required to comply with provisions and requirements of LA R.S. 38:2212(A)(1)(c). No bid may be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) days after receipt of bids, except under the provisions of LA. R.S. 38:2214. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause in accordance with the Louisiana Public Bid Law. In accordance with La. R.S. 38:2212(B) (1), the provisions and requirements of this Section, and those stated in the Bidding Documents shall not be waived by any entity. The Owner shall act not later than forty-five calendar days after the date of opening bids to award such public works contract to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder to reject all bids.
