The facility is located 4331 East Broad St., Louisiana, Calcasieu Parish. The City of Lake Charles, Office of Public Works proposes to operate an air curtain destructor that processes wood ash from accepted woodwaste where the resulting ash is cooled and then disposed of off-site. Comments and requests for a public hearing or notification of the final decision can be submitted via personal delivery, U.S. mail, email, or fax.
