The Advocate, LEGAL NOTICE - - - - 5 - RUSTON FIELD 15-573 and 15-574 STATE OF LOUISIANA, OFFICE OF CONSERVATION, BATON ROUGE, LOUISIANA In accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, and with particular reference to the provisions of Title 30 of Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, a public hearing will be held in the Hearing Room, 1st Floor, LaSalle Building, 617 North 3rd Street, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, at 9:00 a.m. on TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 15, 2015, upon the application of LINN OPERATING, INC. At such hearing the Commissioner of Conservation will consider evidence relative to the issuance of Orders pertaining to the following matters relating to the Hosston 7900 Zone and Hosston 8100 Zone, Reservoirs A, in the Ruston Field, Lincoln Parish, Louisiana. 1. To permit Applicant to recomplete, designate and utilize the LINN Operating, Inc.-LH Giles Est. No. 1 Well, as a substitute unit well for Hosston 7900 RA SUE and HOSS 8100 RA SUE, at the location shown on the plat submitted with the application, in exception to the spacing provisions of Office of Conservation Order No. 164-O-29, effective January 10, 1995. 2. To explicitly find that the proposed substitute unit well is reasonable and in the interest of conservation and is necessary to drain a portion of the Hosston 7900 Zone, Hosston 7950 Zone and Hosston 8100 Zone, Reservoirs A, underlying HOSS 7900 RA SUE and HOSS 8100 RA SUE, which cannot be efficiently and economically drained by any existing well in such units. 3. To consider such other matters as may be pertinent. The Hosston 7900 Zone and Hosston 8100 Zone, Reservoirs A was defined in Order No. 164-O-29, effective January 10, 1995.
