The Advocate, NOTICE - - - Town of Greensburg Meeting Minutes June 9, 2015 The Town of Greensburg met in regular session, Tuesday June 9, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. Mayor Burke Jones presided over the following members: Paula McNabb, Willie Hurst, Laura Webb, and Danny Carruth and Jimmie Meadows Motioned by Paula McNabb, second by Willie Hurst to adopt previous minutes. Passed 5-0. Motioned by Danny Carruth, second by Laura Webb to approve the current bills. Passed 5-0. There was no public comments. Police Chief Tim Brown stated the police department had 25 calls, and 25 traffic tickets wrote, 3 misdemanor and 1 felony pending. Fire Chief Donald Langston stated the department is going good. Mayor Burke Jones tabled the cooperative endeavor agreement with the St. Helena Hospital until the July 14, 2015 meeting. Motioned by Jimmie Meadows, second by Danny Carruth to adopt the resolution for residential antidisplacement and relocation assistance plane. Passed 5-0. Mayor Burke Jones recommends hiring police officer Arthur Coston full time with a .50 raise. Motioned by Laura Webb, second by Jimmie Meadows to hire Arthur Coston full time with a .50 raise. Passed 5-0. Mayor Burke Jones stated that the Town of Greensburg grant for the water well has been funded. Motioned by Paula McNabb, second by Laura Webb to adjourn.
