The Advocate, LEGAL NOTICE - - - - 9 - SLIGO FIELD 15-426 and 15-427 STATE OF LOUISIANA, OFFICE OF CONSERVATION, BATON ROUGE, LOUISIANA. In accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, and with particular reference to the provisions of Title 30 of Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, a public hearing will be held in the Hearing Room, 1st Floor, LaSalle Building, 617 North 3rd Street, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, at 9:00 a.m. on TUESDAY, JULY 7, 2015, upon the application of XTO ENERGY INC. At such hearing the Commissioner of Conservation will consider evidence relative to the issuance of Orders pertaining to the following matters relating to the Hosston (Travis Peak) Zone and the Pettet Zone, in the Sligo Field, Bossier Parish, Louisiana. 1. To authorize Applicant to complete, designate and utilize the following wells for the production of gas and condensate from the Pettet Zone: (a) XTO Energy Inc.-USA No. 30-Alt; (b) XTO Energy Inc.-USA No. 34-Alt; (c) XTO Energy Inc.-USA No. 35-Alt; (d) XTO Energy Inc.-USA No. 36-Alt; (e) XTO Energy Inc.-USA No. 39-Alt; (f) XTO Energy Inc.-USA No. 40-Alt; and (g) XTO Energy Inc.-USA No. 42-D-Alt.; these wells being located as shown on the plat submitted with the application. 2. To approve exceptions to the spacing provisions of LAC 43:XIX.1901 et seq. (Statewide Order No. 29-E) for any of the above described wells not located in accordance with said provisions. 3. To find that each of the above described wells is necessary to recover hydrocarbons from the Pettet Zone which cannot be efficiently and economically recovered by any other well. 4. To approve the downhole combination of production from the Hosston (Travis Peak) Zone and the Pettet Zone in the wellbore of each of the wells described above in Paragraph 1 in which the ownership interests in these zones are identical, with allowable assignment and production reporting for any well in which production is combined downhole to be named and credited to the Hosston (Travis Peak) Zone. 5. To consider such other matters as may be pertinent. The Hosston (Travis Peak) Zone was defined in Office of Conservation Order No. 8-B, effective September 1, 1956. The Pettet Zone for the purpose of these proposals, is defined as that gas and condensate bearing interval encountered between the depths of 4,830 and 5,173, electric log measurements, in the XTO Energy Inc.-USA No. 35-Alt Well located in the Northeast Quarter (NE/4) of Section 12, Township 17 North, Range 12 West.
