The Advocate, NOTICE TO PROPOSERS Sealed proposals will be opened at Metropolitan Human Services District (MHSD), 1010 Common, 6th Floor, New Orleans, LA 70112 at 3:00 pm CST on Wednesday, September 9, 2015 for professional executive search services. MHSD is seeking professional executive search services to support the search for candidates for its Executive Director position. Firms seeking to bid on this work should have at least the following qualifications: 1. Substantial experience in identifying candidates for positions at the CEO level; 2. Substantial experience in working with nonprofit organizations and/or governmental agencies in this capacity; 3. Access to a national network for identification of potential candidates; 4. Experience in supporting a Board level Search Committee.
