The Advocate, ATCHAFALAYA BASIN LEVEE DISTRICT NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Pursuant to the provisions of LSA-R.S.38:308, a public hearing will be held September 2, 2015 at 4:00 p.m. at the Atchafalaya Basin Levee District Building located at 525 Court Street, Port Allen, Louisiana 70767 for the purpose of discussion and input relative to the board of commissioners intent to vote and change the per diem of the membership of the Atchafalaya Basin Levee District Board of Commissioners to equal up to seventy five percent of applicable federal per diem rates; said vote by the board of commissioners to be taken at the close of the public hearing.
