DESCRIPTION: After-the-Fact Revision for unauthorized impacts to marsh vegetation resulting from excavation activities to tie into a 10 pipeline and expansion of an existing surface pad via fill deposition. Original permit authorized excavation of a 37x34 area and a 53x23 expansion of the existing surface pad. The expansion of the surface pad not constructed as authorized. Expansion constructed 15x80. A total of 0.063 acres limestone fill was deposited. An additional 0.063 acres of marsh was impacted surrounding the limestone fill. The existing limestone access road to Diamond Green Diesel Facility and the existing 15x50 concrete pad were unauthorized (0.078 acres). Approx. 0.2 acres of fresh marsh habitat were impacted as a result of this activity. Compensatory Mitigation is required for impacts.
