Bids shall be accepted from Contractors who are licensed under LA. R.S. 37:2150-2192 for the classification of: MECHANICAL WORK An OPTIONAL pre-bid meeting will be held 9:00 am on August 5, 2015 at the Facility Management Office, Parker Hall, Room 215, 310 E. Evidence of authority to submit the bid shall be required in accordance with R.S. 38:2212.
