The Advocate, PUBLIC NOTICE - - - SEWERAGE AND WATER BOARD OF NEW ORLEANS REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR HUMAN RELATIONS SERVICES The Sewerage and Water Board of New Orleans ("Board") purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposal for the development and implementation of a Human Relations Services Project. This request is to be procured through competitive negotiation for the purchase of executive level facilitation and senior consulting expertise in all aspects of Human Relations Services. The scope of the Human Relations Services will include the development of a senior level organizational culture and change management strategy plan. The project will also include operational and administrative processes such as assessment of employees core valves, employees pride and ownership in the organization and to customer services, management training and development, and employees performance monitoring. The Successful Contractor will work with the Board's Human Resources staff to articulate changes and/or updates to organizational valves and culture/climate change initiatives. The goal is to build on the information learned from conducting a thorough assessment of the organization. The Successful Contractor will open a new dialogue by surveying the opinions and attitudes of Board employees. The project will develop a new model for reengineered processes that significantly improves the Board's value of employees and instill pride and ownership in the organization to benefit both the employee and customer.
