(Project H.O.P.E.), is applying for a 21st Century Community Learning Center grant from the Louisiana Department of Education to provide after school and summer programs at Howell Park Elementary School, University Terrace Elementary School, and Claiborne Elementary School. The program will provide academic support, enrichment activities, and family literacy activities.
