CT, August 4, 2015 for the following: Proposal No. 50006-075 Lease of space for operation of the University Bookstore on the ULM campus. PROPOSALS SHALL BE OPENED PUBLICLY AND ONLY PROPOSERS SUBMITTING PROPOSALS SHALL BE IDENTIFIED ALOUD. PRICES SHALL NOT BE READ. All proposers are hereby notified that a Request for Proposal is being used in lieu of an invitation to bid. This RFP is issued to solicit proposals from qualified, experienced, financially sound and responsible organizations for the management and operation of the University Bookstore currently located in Sandel Hall on the ULM campus. General information concerning the University and the Bookstore and the Scope of Services required are provided in this RFP. A Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference will be held at 10:00 AM on July 21, 2015 at COENEN HALL, Room # 106. Prospective proposers must participate in the conference to obtain clarification of the requirements of the RFP and to receive answers to relevant questions. Any company intending to submit a proposal shall have at least one duly authorized representative attend the Pre-proposal Conference.
